Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse once per week. Please allow additional time for your order to be prepared before it ships.

During sale events and new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

All orders are carefully hand-picked and packed with love.

We want you to feel confident in your Sands Swim purchase. Eligible full-price swimwear may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided it meets all of the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• The hygiene liner must be intact, attached, and unaltered.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or removal of the hygiene liner will not be accepted for return.

For health and hygiene reasons, we recommend trying on swimwear over undergarments.

All sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
